The Annual Schmidgall Easter Egg Hunt
Posted on Monday, March 15th, 2010
The Annual Schmidgall Easter Egg Hunt is planned for Saturday, April 3, at 5:30, prior to family dinner in the parish hall and the Easter Vigil. If you have children planning to hunt eggs, please bring a dozen white, uncooked eggs to the Church on Wednesday March 31, Thursday April 1, or on Good Friday April 2 before the 7:00 p.m. service. Donations of additional cartons of white, uncooked eggs will be gladly accepted and will ensure enough eggs for visiting children to hunt. Invite your children's friends to the egg hunt, the family dinner, and the Easter Vigil. The egg hunt cannot happen without CCC youth volunteers. Teenagers should please come to the kitchen following the 7:00pm Good Friday service to decorate eggs and share dinner with fellow egg decorators. Also, please come to the burying ground on Easter Saturday at 3:30 to hide the eggs. Invite your teenage friends and relatives to join in decorating and hiding the eggs.
